It’s -26 Celsius this morning and terribly windy so for that reason I chose not to use strong menthol and instead I opted for the Proraso White soap which is relatively mildly cooling. It gave me wonderful lather and a comfortable, soothing postshave feeling. The matching balm felt great with nice, gentle cooling. The new 7 AM helped me get an awesome BBS shave!

Enjoy the weekend!

Thanks Mo!

It was so enjoyable!

@ShaverBBS This weather is my worst enemy because of my arthritis. Also, I can’t be outside in it for long because it makes me cough and choke badly.

Oh my goodness - would you guys believe that it feels like -30 Celsius with the wind chill factor? No way was I going to use any menthol soap when it’s so cold. I had an awesome shave with my Chapmunk soap. The scent is so beautiful, the lather is so rich, easy to whip up as well as slick, and the chamomile in it feels so good during and after. The Fino felt extra soothing and the Amici aftershave smelled delightful - even my wife loves it on me. Another BBS work of art! ;)

Thanks Jeff.

After I've taken the photo, I open the photo and edit the brightness and colour settings.

I then use some software called Snapseed from the App Store which I use for the borders and the text.
