Thanks Tony and Mo. I'm starting to get second thoughts about tomorrow’s race with this cold front.... :crazy :hmmm

How was your race Bles?

I ran 13.5k's on Saturday morning and then did a 57km singlespeed loop through Suikerbosrand yesterday.

Except that it was m@*r cold so early in the morning I was quite pleased with my performance. I ran the 15km in 1 h 27 min. I aimed to finish it in 1h30.

Some superb distances covered on your-side over the week-end Tony.

I think I injured my left knee meniscus on Saturday and only walked 2 km yesterday. I will see how it goes this afternoon. :mad
