I don't get time to run that much lately so yesterday afternoon I went with Mrs Bles to the shops and decided to run back home... :D

Today's MTB ride. A mix of mostly trail and some tar. It's actually my friend's Strava info, but we pretty much rode together. His fitness has improved a lot from the running and I had to work to keep up. Doesn't help that I didn't run at all in the past week.

On a sadder note, we passed some ambulances by the Little Walmer golf course section where a mountain biker had passed away due to a heart attack. Condolences to his friends and family.

btw, he was 72. Not a bad age to still have been cycling.

Great ride Jacque, condolences to the MTB rider.

I had 2 lekker runs this weekend both off-road.

Saturday was an 18k run and this morning 16k.

Sorry to hear about the cyclist who passed away. Sad.
