Doughnuts

Some very fancy doughnut shops opening up in the malls I see ( Some are chains from overseas). However, all of them sell the round doughnut with the hole in the middle.

I prefer the South African style doughnut. I've always grown up calling this a doughnut ( and I love them!)

Indeed. It's a pity that most bakeries stopped using cream, and use icing (it lasts longer they say :oo ) . If you can find ones with proper cream, buy them! :D :drool: :drool:
