Cool, there's a name given to the this type of wood. I've completely ofrgotten what it's called now. Omega slel grush made in this type of couloured veneered wood.

My brother took his daughter to the Bergtheil Museum in Westville (Durban), and sent me this photo. It's a museum dedicated to early German immigrants to SA.

Some cool looking razors :) (In need of some restoration though... :o::: )
